Personal Manifesto
If someone follows my political articles related to terrorism will be able to see the passion I treat them owing to the need of treating with passion a topic that should be just a question of reason: we all have the human right of life.
At the same time it is difficult to explain deservedly the pseudo rationality of our leaders trying to apologize for themselves in view of an unreasonable phenomenon such as the halting of the Constitutional state against the terrorist violence.

I exposed in previous articles that the situation in which we are involved cannot be a problem of political clash where the parts try to recruit us but it should be an ethical debate where we were arranging the importance of the values PEACE and JUSTICE.
Here it is where we should think regardless of preconceived ideas since the debate was never so simple and such a complicated decision. Either those who support the prevalence of one on other one or other one on one must be treated as persons acting in good faith in case it was not like that the debate would begin vitiated.
In fact there are people who think that to avoid a next death is well worth whatever, likewise there are others as myself who think that it is not possible peace without justice, that any crime can remain unpunished by those who have the monopoly of the violence in a democratic society: the State. There is no peace out of Law because Freedom does not exist without Law.

It is not a question of falling down in the trap of the political clash and electioneering interests, which exists in both opposing sides, this is simply a pure question of human rights.
Man has gone to the Moon and has developed major longevity across technological advances known to History but undoubtedly what has been more difficult to obtain was the most obvious thing: the right of life and the enjoyment freely; for it we have given ourselves laws and especially we have put without exception under them, that has been called Constitutional state.
Many people have fought for that continued being like that and now they are dead, they are the real historical memory of the democracy, we cannot forget them because they must never have been mistaken, if we do, everything would be a continue returning to begin. There is no any more peace than their jail, the pistols do not fit in the urns. In Ernesto Che Guevara's words, " better to die on foot that living of knees ". It is exactly what I mean.
